E-Cigs



In a Nutshell The e-cigarette is a powerful device developed for nicotine addicts, but it's not a smoking-cessation device

If you are a smoker of conventional cigarettes which are harming your health and the quality of your life you should probably switch to e-cigarettes.

If you don't smoke, don't even think about it! Nicotine is one of the most addictive substances known to man, and some people can become hooked after smoking just one pack!!!

Most smokers regret ever trying the first cigarette and most smokers wish they were better informed about the dangers of smoking, unfortunately by the time smokers are mature enough to recognise the health risks they are inflicting on themselves, it is too late because they are addicted to the nicotine.

The e-cig can hopefully help you to escape the terrible health consequences that await most smokers.

Most smokers would have many failed attempts to pack in, under their belt because they relapsed and started smoking again- usually because they have had a drink or two. Most smokers feel that they just aren?t in the right place in life to pack them in. If you are in this predicament then the electronic cigarettes are for you because they are a harm-reduction mechanism. Nicotine also has some health risk associated with it and you should really try and get off this addiction altogether but it is not anywhere near as destructive as the deadly concoction you breathe in every time you and I have a smoke.

You should not be aiming to smoke the e-cigarette forever, but using it until you feel like you can move on from them, will help you to preserve your health. Smokers are usually unfit because they are not able to physically exert themselves as much as non-smokers. Therefore switching to the e-cigarette will mean that you can concentrate on getting fit and living a healthier life-style because your energy levels should improve and you should feel the benefits of being a non-smoker before you know it.
