Harry Redknapp's floundering Portsmouth could hardly have been given a worse time to travel to Premiership leaders Chelsea.

Jose Mourinho's men were furious about Wednesday's 2-1 Champions League defeat against Barcelona - a game which turned on a poor decision by referee Terje Hauge to send off Blues full-back Asier del Horno during the first half.

Redknapp must be wishing that 11 points from six league outings represented a disappointing run of form for Portsmouth. His side have also been out of sorts in 2006, but that has manifested itself in them taking just one point from their Premiership matches since the turn of the year.
