Starting the Survey
To start the Club Confidence Survey click the "Begin Survey" button which will open a new window with the Survey. To complete the first question, please click on the shirt of the team that you support or follow.
Navigating through the Survey
As you answer each question, you will need to click the "Next >>" link to proceed to the next question in the survey. If you need to go back and alter a previous question you can use the "<< Previous" link. There is a status bar that indicates how far you are through the survey.
Ending the Survey
The last question asks form some personal details - Name, Post Code and Email Address. These details are required to validate the data that has been collected. You are also required to answer the prize draw validation question.
Once you have done this click the "Finish >>" link to complete the Survey.
